Knowledge Sharing: Youming group Hosts Cable Tray Technology Discussion

On August 1, 2025,Youming group organized an internal technical workshop , bringing together engineers, production teams, and quality control specialists to discuss cable tray manufacturing processes, quality improvements, and industry trends.

Key Discussion Topics: 
1. Production Process Optimization 
   - The production team leader, huaizhong Zhang, shared recent improvements in stamping, welding, and assembly techniques to enhance efficiency and product consistency.  
   - Technical staff demonstrated a new connection method for cable trays, reducing installation steps for easier on-site deployment.  

2. Quality Control Enhancements  
   - The QC team reviewed common customer feedback issues and proposed solutions, such as stricter zinc coating thickness inspections.  
   - Participants discussed ways to minimize surface damage during transportation and handling. 

3. Industry Trends & Market Needs 
   - The sales/marketing team highlighted growing customer demand for fire-resistant trays and lightweight aluminum cable trays.  
   - Engineers analyzed competitor developments and explored potential product upgrades.  
 
Next Steps
The ideas from this workshop will be implemented in production, with follow-up evaluations scheduled for August. Additional training sessions are planned to further refine processes.
