Its surface is electro-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized, with a coating thickness of ≥12um and >60um respectively, providing rust and corrosion resistance. This treatment not only extends the service life of the cable rack, but also enhances its ability to resist environmental erosion, ensuring long-term and stable operation. The open design of the cable rack makes cable laying and maintenance more convenient. Users can easily pass cables through the steps of the cable rack to achieve flexible wiring layout. At the same time, the open structure also optimizes air circulation and improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the data center.
