The wire mesh cable tray is carefully crafted from high-quality stainless steel and is designed for modern cable management systems to ensure a sturdy and corrosion-resistant structure suitable for a variety of complex environments. To improve durability and aesthetics, we offer a variety of surface treatment options: electro galvanizing with a coating thickness of no less than 12 microns to provide basic rust protection; hot-dip galvanizing with a coating thickness of more than 60 microns, which greatly enhances corrosion resistance and is suitable for climate conditions; spraying and powder coating options, with a coating thickness of more than 60 microns, rich colors, easy to clean and maintain, and meet the decorative needs of specific environments. We also provide polishing services to further improve the surface finish and brightness of the product through electrolytic polishing technology.
The mesh cable tray has a strong workload capacity, ranging from 100 to 400 kilograms depending on the specific size and wire diameter, meeting the diverse needs of light to heavy cable laying. Its open design optimizes air circulation and effectively dissipates heat, while facilitating the installation, inspection and maintenance of cable lines.
